Career Realtor - This month marks 20 years of success in the Northern Virginia Real Estate Market. With two decades of dedicated experience in the real estate industry, Ann brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to each transaction. Her extensive tenure not only fosters a deep understanding of market trends and property values but it has also cultivated a vast network of industry connections. Over 400 Homes Bought or Sold - Representing nearly 250 sellers and over 150 buyers during her 20 years in the industry, totaling over $300,000,000 in sales! These numbers are not including the many clients she’s helped find a rental home or rent out their own home over the years.
Philanthropy Focused - A core value of Ann’s business has always been pouring back into the community in which she’s lived in, conducted business in, raised her kids in and volunteered in over the years. She is a member of Leadership Arlington, Class of 2012 and has been named an Arlington Honored Citizen. A community is more than tree-lined streets, neighbors stopping to chat, and running into friends at the local coffee shop. A community takes care of each other, especially our most vulnerable. Since day one, Ann has supported non-profit organizations that are focused on ending homelessness, hunger and domestic violence in Arlington. Each September, we hold our annual “Shredding For Hunger” free community drive-in shredding event to raise donations for Arlington Food Assistance Center (AFAC) at Arlington Church of the Brethren. Ann Wilson Homes is also a long-time sponsor of the Arlington Turkey Trot and the AWE Women in Business Summit organized by the Arlington Chamber of Commerce.
Continually Learning - Ann holds a Virginia Associate Broker License and a Washington, DC Realtor License and has received multiple designations over the years to include Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Certified Luxury Home Specialist (CLHS) and EcoBroker.
