Ann has been helping clients buy and sell homes since 2004, and her philosophy hasn’t changed in those years. She puts her clients first by providing honest advice about the market and neighborhoods, unparalleled service, and creative solutions to ensure each home purchase or sale is seamless.

Over the years, her integrity and professionalism have been recognized, and she is humbled to have been awarded the Washingtonian Magazine Best Realtor 2015-2023; Northern Virginia Magazine Best Realtor 2015-2023; Virginia Living Magazine Best Realtor, 2018-2023; Arlington Magazine Top Real Estate Agent 2018-2022, and Real Trends 2021 & 2023. Ann has also been named to the NVAR Life Top Producers Club and 2021 Top Producer, Diamond Club.

After moving to Arlington as a young adult, she set down roots by becoming active in her community. She volunteers at the local hospital, is a member of Leadership Arlington, Class of 2012, and was named an Arlington Honored Citizen.

Ann is a licensed Realtor in Virginia and the District of Columbia. In addition to being a licensed realtor, Ann is an Associate Broker with GRI, ABR, CRS, CLHS and EcoBroker designations.

Sean Wilson has been immersed in real estate since he was in elementary school. By accompanying his mom to work, he learned firsthand what it takes to be a successful Realtor. Since joining the team in 2020, he has put his entrepreneurial spirit, charismatic personality, and passion for real estate to use - and maybe even given his mom some competition as a top producer! In 2021, he was named KW Metro Center Rookie of the Year.

As a longtime resident of Northern Virginia, Sean has watched closely as the local market has evolved and once-forgotten neighborhoods have transformed into hot destinations. He uses his insider knowledge of the local lifestyle, neighborhoods, and schools to help his clients find their perfect homes.

Sean enjoys playing golf and lacrosse during his downtime and cheering on the Washington Capitals as they hunt for their next Stanley Cup.

MARKETING & ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER

Chelsea is the glue that holds the team together. Her attention to detail ensures everything runs smoothly in the background, and her creativity and personal touch continually surprise and delight our clients.

She’s been a member of the team since 2015, and holds a Bachelor's degree from Christopher Newport University in Communication Studies.

An avid runner, she has completed five half marathons and one full marathon. These days, she spends most of her free time running after her son Anderson and yellow lab Dany.

Chelsea is a licensed Realtor in Virginia.

MARKETING DIRECTOR

As our Director of Marketing, Nancy uses her creative skills to write compelling, engaging marketing copy. She loves meeting clients and asking them about their memories and experiences living in their homes to help craft a story of the property. She then weaves that information into a listing narrative unique to each clients’ home.

In addition to being an award-wining artist, Nancy owns and operates a yoga studio and brings mindfulness and a zen-like calm to our fast-paced real estate business.
