I have more than 15 years of living and working experience in Northern Virginia neighborhoods, I have distinguished myself with RE/MAX Allegiance as a neighborhood specialist in residential properties. My business philosophy is to provide a superior level of informed, professional real estate service to buyers and sellers. I do this by providing excellent service, creative solutions with the goal of making each transaction seamless.

I am actively involved in the Arlington community. I am an active member of Boulevard Manor Association, I am the President and past Vice President of Kenmore Middle School PTA, I am the past President and Vice President of the Ashlawn Elementary PTA, as well as an active member of St. Ann’s Catholic Church, a regular volunteer at Virginia Hospital Center and a member of The Rotary Club.

Prior to becoming a real estate agent, I was the Director of Marketing and Communications for the 16th largest law firm in the United States. I worked closely with the firm’s leadership to enhance client relationships, strategically positioning the partners and the firm. I assisted in the development and implementation of practice group marketing plans and business development initiatives.

Throughout my career in the legal industry, I planned, managed and executed marketing activities for law firms ranging from 110 to more than 1,100 lawyers, with as many as 16 offices. My areas of expertise included cultivating client relations; developing marketing strategies, implementing marketing training programs, directing the creation and production of marketing communications collateral. My past marketing positions have given me the experience and confidence needed to be successful in marketing homes. My marketing skills have been useful in bringing successful contracts in the purchasing and selling of homes.

I’ve won a number of awards for my accomplishments in the legal marketing industry. I have presented to numerous audiences, including law firm partners, legal administrators and accounting executives. I have published articles in related industry publications.

In October 2005, I completed the necessary real estate practice and ethics courses to graduate from the Realtor Institute. My awards include, NVAR Life Top Producers Club, NVAR's Top Producer, NVAR Multi-Million Dollar Top Producer Sales Club, and RE/MAX 100% Club and an Arlington Honored Citizen. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), Northern Virginia Association of Realtors (NVAR), and the Metropolitan Regional Information Systems, Inc. (MRIS), Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and a Member, Council of Residential Specialists (CRS). I am an instructor for VHDA's first time homebuyers seminars. I am licensed in the State of Virginia and the District of Columbia.
